Where do you work?
The South Bay — Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, Torrance, Playa Vista, and El Segundo. Our crew is local. We want to spend our time on your project, not on the 405.
What's the smallest project you'll take?
A full bathroom is the smallest. Most of our work is bigger — kitchens, room additions, ADUs, and whole-home renovations, down to the studs.
Do you only do residential?
We do residential and commercial. We've worked in occupied churches and schools, and we know how to phase work around your operating schedule.
How does pricing work?
We offer cost-plus and fixed-fee depending on scope. The first consultation and the site walk are free. We won't put a number on your project until we understand it.
Will you be on the job, or are you sending a crew?
Both. Bob is on every site. Our crew is top-notch, and we work with the best local subcontractors depending on the needs of the project.
