Custom Finishes
Most contractors quote the easy version of your project. We'll quote the version you actually want. Hand-applied lime plaster, custom tile layouts, integrated stone, hand-built fountains and fireplaces, exposed timber framing — if you have a reference photo, we'll figure out how to build it.

Common questions.
Will you take on just the finish work?
Sometimes — usually as a subcontractor to a GC we trust, or for past clients. Our preference is full-scope where the finishes drive the design.
Can you match an inspiration photo?
Usually. We'll tell you what's photographable vs. what's actually buildable in your house, and how to get as close as possible to the look you want.
What's the lead time on custom finishes?
Plan on 4–8 weeks for materials sourcing and sampling on top of the build schedule.
