CEC rebates are decreasing in April 2011, so order now to lock in the lowest final price!Until April 2011, we install the Skystream 3.7 on your property for under $4,000 after the California Energy Commission Emerging Renewables Program Rebate of $7,800 and a Renewable Energy Tax Credit of 30%. Please talk to your tax advisor about the tax credit, which is credited on your annual income tax return.
If you are NOT on PG&E, SCE, SDG&E or BVE utilities, the installed price is about $11,600 after the Renewable Energy Tax Credit of 30%. Note: LADWP does not give wind power rebates. Please talk to your tax advisor about the tax credit, which is credited on your annual income tax return.
Prices include permit processing, professional installation by a licensed contractor, connection to the utility with net-metering agreement, and CEC rebate processing, where applicable. Local permitting fees are extra and vary by area.
We would be happy to give you a written quote customized for your parcel and local permitting fees. Installation price may be higher if trenching to the service panel exceeds 75 feet or for other unusual circumstances.
For "do-it-yourself" or contractors, you are welcome to do your own foundation and/or rough electrical. We will supply templates and wiring diagrams. This can save significantly on the installation price.
