Bob Hayes, President
In 2002, Bob started talking to some of the industry leaders in wind power generation. He wanted to offer wind turbines that are economically feasible with a short payback time, and turnkey service.
Previously, Bob has held positions in finance, operations, and business management in the electronics industry. Bob also worked as a designer and sail maker in the yachting industry. His expertise in aerodynamics, electronics, and management is the odd combination that led him to the wind industry. He holds a physics degree from the University of California, Berkeley and is a licensed contractor.
Krista Hayes, VP Finance and Administration
Krista joined PWP to head all things administrative. After earning her degree from the University of Illinois in Finance, Krista spent many years as an executive compensation consultant, and was a financial manager for a Southern California environmental consulting firm.
Shawn Matheny, Director Sales, San Diego County
Shawn grew up in San Diego and has been selling and installing Skystream and Air Breeze turbines for the past year. Shawn is very knowledgeable about the available wind products and can set you up with the right size turbine for your site. Shawn is well versed in all the local permitting regulations. Shawn's many years of construction experience, including solar installations, makes him a very valuable asset to PWP.
Kevin Haines, Director Solar
Kevin has been in the construction industry for twelve years. He is a C-10 electrical contractor and has ten years experience with electrical installations. Kevin has been specializing in solar power installations for the past four years.
Alan Casebier, Director Sales, Central Coast
Alan brings a wealth of experiences to Prevailing Wind Power in telecom site acquisition, real estate, and finance. Living in Santa Barbara County, he is centrally located to advance the benefits of wind power and solar energy from Ventura County to Monterey. Graduating from San Jose State in Business Industrial Management, he also holds a California real estate broker license. While concentrating on wind and solar applications for residential, farm and ranch properties, Alan is available to advance commercial /industrial, multi site, and “Community” renewable energy projects.
Bert Dudley, Director Institutional Sales
Bert comes from the field of environmental project management where he acted as consultant and planner for a variety of public and private clients. His wide range of experience includes the project research, management, and coordination, as well as environmental documentation.
Bert's focus has been on projects involving alternative energy and renewable resources, he joined Prevailing Wind Power to further explore the opportunities of bringing wind power to environmentally-minded institutional clients.
